The Kangaroos will face New Zealand in a trans-Tasman double-header in Wollongong, the NRL has announced.
The Jillaroos and the Kiwi Ferns will also meet at WIN Stadium, with the matches on October 25.
“Rugby league has a home in the Illawarra, so we’re delighted to bring the pinnacle of rugby league back to Wollongong for the first time in five years,” NRL chief executive Todd Greenberg said.
The Kiwis – who beat the Kangaroos 26-24 in Auckland last October – have never played a test in Wollongong.
